Return and Refund Policy

At Chaney Family Winery, we are committed to your satisfaction. If any bottle of wine you purchase is damaged, flawed, or unsatisfactory, we will replace it or provide a refund.

Return Instructions:

1. Unfinished Bottles: Please return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for a replacement.
2. Email Notification: Contact us at info@chaneyfamilywinery.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed products.
3. Damaged or Flawed Wine: By law, returns of alcoholic beverages are only accepted if the product is corked or flawed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of wine damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or wine ordered in error.

Refund Process:

Return Confirmation: Once the returned wine is received, we will process a refund to your credit card for the cost of the wine, excluding shipping and handling fees.

Full Refunds: If the original shipment was damaged or flawed, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.

Cancellation Policy:

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
