At Chaney Family Winery, we want your wine club experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as every glass you pour. Below are a few simple guidelines to help you make the most of your membership.

🚚 Ship or Pick Up — It’s Your Choice

Our clubs are fully customizable to fit your lifestyle.

• Shipping Members: Make your custom wine selections before each club processing.
• Pick-Up Members: Prefer to grab your wines in person? You can request exchanges at the winery during pickup.

Please note: If a pick-up order isn’t collected on time, we may adjust or swap selections to keep your wines at their best.

📦 Quarterly Shipments

Your club releases arrive four times a year:
February · May · August · November

Each shipment features a seasonal mix of whites and reds, carefully chosen by you or our winemaker.

🍇 Pick-Up Details

• Wines must be picked up within 4 months of release.
• After 4 months, orders may be shipped at the member’s expense.
• After 1 year with no response, unclaimed wines will be restocked.

✉️ Shipping Details

• If a package is returned to us, the cost of reshipping will be billed to the member.
